The township can now require landlords to maintain rental dwellings.
The Township has installed Public
Water Throughout the Entire Township.
The cost of hooking up is simply the "tap in" fee of $1400.

Covert Township Beach
(along Lake Michigan) has been restructured & cleaned up.
New Construction Permits
have been issued for quality homes!
